INVITATION FOR REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Expression of interest to contribute to EATRIS Bulgaria Annual Conference 2025 “Biomarkers in Translational Medicine“ may be considered by a completed Registration form sent to eatrisbulgaria@gmail.com.

Authors are invited to express their preference for oral or poster presentation; the final assignment will be made by the Conference Committee.

Abstracts have to be submitted in English not later than 15 October 2025 using the following template and must be in compliance with the requirements described: Abstract template_GHS_2025. All abstracts from the conference will be published in volume 15, book 1 of Embryology journal as well as online at https://infraact.eu/

Posters will be presented in online sessions during the conference and must be prepared according to the following template: PresentationTemplate_online

Eight selected posters of young scientists will be invited to deliver oral presentations during a dedicated Young Researchers Session. The nominated participants will be informed on their selection by 10 November 2025.

Conference language: All abstracts, papers or poster presentations must be prepared in English.

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration is free of charge for undergraduates, PhD students, clinicians and academicians. Nevertheless, due to the limited number of seats available, we recommend you to register your presence at the conference not later than 10 November 2025.

A limited number of seats is reserved for representatives of pharma and biotech companies whose registration fee is 250 EUR. Interested representatives must fill in the following template: Reg_Form_Company_2025 and submit it to eatrisbulgaria@gmail.com not later than 10 November 2025.

*Registration fee includes meeting materials, access to scientific meetings and exhibition area, coffee brakes and publication options.

VAT is included in the registration fee.
